Tia Dawn Photography specializes in women’s portraits – headshots, high fashion, maternity, branding and more.

Influenced by fashion, inspired by art.

Ever since I picked my first issue of Vogue magazine, editorial fashion has become a part of me. I always felt a deep connection to big cities and their ever-evolving fashion culture. Since I couldn’t live there, I wanted to bring that aesthetic to the images I create.

Infusing editorial style into Branding.

The word that resonates all throughout my work is editorial. I love to create images that could easily be envisioned on the pages of Vogue.

For my branding clients who want their brand to stand out from the rest, the Boss Babe Editorial Sessions are the perfect option because they marry brand imagery with editorial vibes.

A creative eye even applies to product photography.

It doesn’t matter if it’s maternity, headshots, senior photos, product and business branding or high fashion editorial sessions — it all comes down to a great eye for details. With Tia Dawn photography, every shot is styled with a personal touch in collaboration with my clients.

I don’t just make photograph people, I make products look beautiful too…

Some moments deserve to be magazine worthy.

Maternity is one of those moments in time that I feel should be documented in an editorial way. I want my clients to feel like their images could grace the cover of Vogue. It is a priceless time in a woman’s life and I want to give them images they will cherish for a lifetime.

Good clothing makes all the difference.

I’ve collected so many wardrobe pieces over the years, so I decided to make my collection available to other photographers and their clients to rent. In Tia’s Closet, you’ll find dresses, suits, maternity pieces, separates, accessories and one-of-a-kind finds.

You live and learn, then you learn some more.

After working nearly a decade as a photographer, I wanted to share everything I’ve learned over the years with other aspiring photographers. Photography is one of those things you never stop learning – and I have such a passion for both shooting and teaching.
